The MF multi-functional label printing & converting system combined with multiple flexo units and a full-rotary die cutting unit. The max mechanical speed can reach to 135m/min. Also it can be upgraded upon customerized request.
Specification:
• Fully automatic servo driven flexo units. Function with flexo printing cold foil, lamination, spot varnish and super varnish. UV/LED UV dryer with chilling roller to keep stable tension and steady temperature at all speeds. Quick change of ink pan and doctor blade without tooling.
• Servo driven die cutting unit is with automatic registration system. Suitable for die cutting short, medium, long run jobs. Can use magnetic or solid cylinders, high precision and easy to operate.
• Hot air(I/R) dryer is optional for water-based primer, coating, lamination, etc.
